At the Unterjesingen Sandäcker station, a second, 110 metres (360 ft)-long outside platform was built on the new track. In Entringen, a new outside platform was built, further north than the previous main platform at the station building. The island platform was dismantled for this, so access to the platform is no longer over the tracks.
