At the expiration of the appointive term he was elected, and was re-elected in 1891, resigning in 1894 to assume the duties of judge of the supreme court, to which high office he had been elected in the fall of 1893. Judge Harrison is a lawyer of wide experience and high repute. He is a citizen of the strictest integrity and enjoys the confidence of both bench and bar.
