149:அம்பேத்கர் மக்கள் இயக்கம் (அம்பேத்கர் மக்கள் இயக்கம்) என்பது இந்திய மாநிலமான தமிழ்நாட்டில் தலித்துகளின் மேம்பாட்டிற்காக பாடுபடும் ஒரு அரசியல் இயக்கமாகும். இந்த இயக்கம் 1977 ஆம் ஆண்டு சென்னை ராஜாஜி ஹாலில் மாண்புமிகு தமிழக ஆளுநராக இருந்த பிரபுதாஸ் பட்வாரி அவர்களின் முன்னிலையில் நடைபெற்ற விழாவில் வை.பாலசுந்தரத்தால் உருவாக்கப்பட்டது. 25 ஜனவரி 2020 அன்று புதுக்கோட்டையில் நடைபெற்ற பொதுக்குழுக் கூட்டத்தில் தலைவராகவும், சிவமுருகேசன் பொதுச் செயலாளராகவும் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டனர். அதே பொதுக்குழு கூட்டத்தில், இளமுருகு முத்து செயல் தலைவராக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டார். அம்பேத்கர் மக்கள் இயக்க செயல் தலைவர் இளமுருகு முத்து, தமிழ்நாடு டிஜிபி சி. சைலேந்திர பாபுவை சந்தித்து, மாஸ்ட்ரோ இளையராஜாவைப் பற்றி சர்ச்சைக்குரிய பேச்சுக்காக ரத்னகுமார் மற்றும் சித்ரா லட்சுமணன் மீது புகார் அளித்தார்
