home to the headquarters of MeadWestvaco in the 1970s, after which the building became known as the MeadWestvaco Tower. In 2008, following the relocation of the MeadWestvaco headquarters to
Richmond, Virginia, the building became the KeyBank Tower, after its new primary tenant, KeyBank. The tower features a concrete panel exterior with vertical piers flanking vertical window bays with opaque glass spandrels, large bays at the base flanked by columns, and a flared concrete cornice at the top. The building is a noncontributing structure in the Downtown Dayton Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2019. The building today houses various commercial office tenants.
