121:นายจักรพงษ์ แสงมณี นายทะเบียนสมาชิกพรรค ในฐานะคณะกรรมการบริหารพรรคเพื่อไทย พบตัวแทนชาวไทยภูเขาพื้นเมือง ชนเผ่าม้ง ม่อนแจ่ม จ.เชียงใหม่ และ จ.น่าน รวมทั้ง ภูทับเบิก จ.เพชรบูรณ์ เพื่อขอให้ช่วยเหลือผลักดันประเด็นพิทักษ์สิทธิที่ดินทำกิน ปัญหาที่ได้รับทราบข้อมูล คือ พี่น้องชาวไทยภูเขาพื้นเมืองชนเผ่าม้ง ม่อนแจ่ม จ.เชียงใหม่ จ.น่าน และ ภูทับเบิก จ.เพชรบูรณ์ กำลังประสบปัญหาเรื่องที่ทำกิน เนื่องจากอาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่มาก่อนรัฐจะออกประกาศกำหนดข้อห้ามต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับที่ดิน จึงขอมาหารือกับทางพรรคเพื่อไทยว่า หากเราได้เป็นรัฐบาลอยากให้มีนโยบายในการแก้ไขกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง และทำให้ส่วนราชการการใช้กฎหมายอย่างเป็นธรรม
