234: 164: 29: 194:. The two lots were subsequently merged into a single property by ship captain Johan Hansen Tofte (1743–1803). The present building on the site was constructed for him in 1797–1798. His widow Anna Chatrine Matthiasdatter (20 May 1759 – 7 November 1821) kept the property after her husband's death.
