every year. Castleiney won the 1914 Mid and county Senior football finals. In the same year, they won the first Junior football championship organised by the Mid Tipperary Board. Castleiney–Templetouhy United also won Mid titles in 1915 and 1919. Loughmore were united with Templemore during the second half of this decade.
