The Afghans lost 2,000 men and were forced to retreat to Isfahan. Later, in 1118/9 (512 AH), 5246: 1448:, located in the center of the Qazvin region. Other teams, both Iranian and foreign, had also arrived in the region to offer assistance and expertise in the reconstruction activities. Each team was assigned one or more villages for planning and rebuilding. The iconostasis and bell was removed to Tehran and the building handed over to the Iranian government which keeps it available to the public as a historic monument.
