Planet Nine, as shown by its great solar distance and high eccentricity of orbit, to be extrasolar in origin, and likely a local exo-planet captured from some passing star. I propose that this Planet Nine (if telescope found) should be in a new class of planets, 'solar exo-planets' by the same capture process you and Clube proposed for the interchange of comets with passing giant molecular clouds in the 1980s. You should publish this concept before someone else finds it.
