passionate about this area that I am unable to read the article with a critical eye. All things considered, I don't feel that it needs to be too dry, but on the other hand I don't want it to sound like a travel brochure. Perhaps it could be argued that the information is too broad (Royal Gorge for instance), though I'd like to keep it. But at this point I am just too close to it and am unable to judge my own creation. Also, although I feel that I did a fairly good job with the writing, it is not a natural talent for me and perhaps could use some tweaks. If you don't have time, perhaps you know someone that would be interested in helping me. I also have some photos that I'd like included, but I have not been able to figure out how to do it. Thanks.

Whether or not outlines violate CFORK is debatable, but the outline feature that outline protesters keep pointing out is the lead sections - which are the same as in articles. The inclusion of a copy of the subject's main article in outline leads has brought a lot of heat to the outlines. Upon first glance, the lead makes outlines look like duplicates of articles, and this can be very disconcerting to some editors.
