He does deals with big tenants like target, walmart, best buy, circuit city, sports authority, lowes, home depot, starbucks, chilis, applebees, red robbin, and many other well known possible tenants. The Steelton-Highspire School Dicstict is a public school district located in Steelton, Pennsylvania.Serving students from Steelton and Highspire it is comprised of one elementary school and one junior-senior high school. Actor Wendell Ray Burton was born in San Antonio, Texas on July 21, 1947. His father was killed in a plane crash in 1952 after the family moved to Washington state. The family returned to Texas, but then moved to California while he was in his teens. While attending Somona State University and San Francisco State University, Wendell did the title role in the San Francisco production of "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown." Due to that role, movie director Alan J. Pakula cast him to play opposite Liza Minnelli in "The Sterile Cuckoo" in 1969. In 1971 he played a raped prison inmate in "Fortune and Men's Eyes," and then the Hallmark TV production of "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown." That was followed by other TV movies of "Murder Once Removed" (1971), "Go Ask Alice" (1973), and "The Red Badge of Courage" (1974). He also played Dick Van Dyke and Hope Lange's son for one episode on the TV series "The New Dick Van Dyke Show," also in the 1970s.

He married twice and has two children, Haven and Adam.

Beija-Flor Jeans is a Brazilian designer denim manufacturer based in Greenville, South Carolina. Beija-Flor jeans was founded by Brazilian-American mother-daughter team who wanted to bring Brazilian jeans to the American market. Beija-flor is the Portuguese word for hummingbird. It’s literal meaning is “to kiss a flower”. A portion of all Beija-Flor sales are donated to the Hummingbird Conservancy, a non-profit organization focused on the study of hummingbirds and the conservation of hummingbird habitats.

When his father was deported back to the old country for gun-running Pete left home. He headed for the pampas to become a gaucho, learning to ride and throw the bolos and developing his lifelong taste for yerba maté. While visiting Buenos Aires he had a chance encounter with the famous Argentine impresario Señor Fulgensio Sorprender who saw potential in the hirsute young gaucho and cast him as the lead in a local production of Evita. Pete stole the show and his acting career was launched. Pete then moved to New York City to pursue acting and had a notable string of successes in off-broadway art house productions, including the legendary Utica Community Performing Arts Center production of Streetcar, before his acting career was briefly sidetracked for a season playing power forward for the Nets. When a serious dental sprain ended his basketball career, Pete reluctantly returned to acting. He and his roommate, Vin Diesel, then moved to LA to act in TV and cinema. The two actors no longer live together in their small Hollywood apartment - each now has a mansion in the Malibu colony - but they are planning to work together soon in a Miramax biopic on the life of Warren G. Harding. Mr. Neil is also a serious artist and has had a number of one-man shows in select galleries in Soho and the Bowery. His influences include Red Grooms, Hieronymous Bosch and Margaret Keane. Paradise Nut

The name Paradise or Sapucaia nut is used for a number of species of the genus Lecythis occurring in Northern South America. 26 Lecythis species have been described by MORI and PRANCE (1990). Together with the Brazil nut (Bertholletia excelsa, Humboldt & Bonpland, the only species of its genus) they form the New World subfamily of the Lecythidoideae in the family of the Lecythidaceae (see also the entry in the internet page of the FAO).

The fruits of the Lecythis species vary considerably in size but share certain anatomic characteristics. They are peculiarly shaped jars with an opening covered by a lid (called pyxis by the botanists. Pyxis is Greek for jar). At maturity the lid falls off and releases the seeds, which ressemble Brazil nuts, but have thinner shells and are - in some species - much larger than these. Brazil nut fruits in contrast have an almost round shape, without opening or lid, but with a wart-like protusion as evolutionary remnant of the original opening. At maturity the entire fruit falls from the tree with the seeds well protected inside.

Leythis seeds are very rich in oil (up to 75%) and taste allegedly better than Brazil nuts (MORI, 1970).

The cultivation of Lecythis species has often been recommended (HOYOS,1989; KENNARD, 1960, BRÜCHER, 1977) but was rarely a success, mostly because of the difficulty to protect the harvest from predatory animals.

Many, if not all Lecythis species share with the Brazil nut an interesting characteristic: They are so-called Selenium accumulators, they absorb the sulfur-like element Selenium from the soil and concentrate it in the seeds. Depending on the selenium concentration in the soil the concentration in the seeds can reach amazingly high values. The consumption of an excess of seeds can therefore lead to Selenium poisoning (KERDEL-VEGAS, 1966; DICKSON, 1969). On the other hand such seeds, properly processed, can be used as dietetic Selenium source as Selenium in the required (low) quantity is also an important trace element essential for human and animal health.

Vajrasati yoga is a synthesis of Hatha and Iyengar yoga, founded in 2000 by James Tarran from Brighton, England. The name itself is composed from the two ancient Indian words ‘Vajra’ -thunderbolt/diamond (Sanskrit) and ‘Sati’-awareness (Pali). The meaning is generally taken to mean ‘unobstructed awareness’. The name also reflects the more traditional terms ‘ha’ and ‘tha’ and their association with sun/moon union (Hatha yoga) - the sun being associated with the vajra and the moon with the sati.

The term Vajrasati is synonymous with the yoga teacher training program run by James Tarran where the graduates join a free association of yoga practitioners, who all benefit from shared knowledge and mutual support through sustained contact, and training events. TRONIC is a Glasgow based Dance/Electronica club night that has been running since January 2006. Showcasing live electronic music, signed and unsigned alike, TRONIC differs from the usual DJ format of most night clubs, prefering a live format rather than a DJ or a pre-recorded output.

Since starting in January 2006 TRONIC has showcased many Glasgow based electronic acts plus many more from around Scotland. Artists from Toronto, Oslo and Japan have also played TRONIC since its conception. Some artists who have played TRONIC are Keser (Edinburgh based), Acrnym (Glasgow based), Acid Fairy(Edinburgh based), Scopeboy (glasgow Based) plus many more. Internatinal artists include Fiction (Canada, Toronto) and Zentrick (Oslo)

TRONIC has not only seen many unsigned artists but some signed artists have passed their way over the last year. Most notable being Vector Lovers (Soma Records) and Christ. (Benbecula Records). Other signed acts have been Arnym (Sublight Records) although he was unsigned on his first TRONIC gig, Dextro (Gronland Records) and Keser (Alex Tronic Records). By including independent and unsigned artsts on the same bill with the more established acts, TRONIC aims to enahnce the Scottish electronic musical community bringing more unkown artists to the attention of the average glasgow clubber

The night is run by four Glasgow based individuals - Stuart Foxwell, Iain Foxwell, Stuart Tolmie and Brian Leslie. Iain and Brian also form the well known Glasgow Electronica act known as Ives while Stuart Foxwell performs and produces under the alias BinaryZero. Stuart Tolmie is the main promoter and deals with many of the artist correspondence. He is also responsible for all the flyer and poster designs that can be seen for individual TRONIC events.

Most of the nights take place within The 13th note although some of the nights are held from other local venues such as The Centre for Contemporary Arts (up in the bar area) and Blackfriars.

As of yet no official review has been writen on an actual TRONIC live night, however back in October 2006 TRONIC released a compilation CD showcasing some of their best artists up to that point. The CD recieved several great reviews from the Scottish press, one such review came from The Skinny (magazine)

"Despite sounding like a sci-fi drink, Tronic is one of Glasgow's finest collection of electronic artists and a regular club night. This is their first release and a triumphant one at that"

Is This Music and The List Magazine also gave reviews for the TRONIC CD Volume 1.

A recent mail I received from the Registered Citizens Network asks that any person that falls under the guidelines of the national Sex Offender registration should obtain a membership with the RCN. This mail seems to have been a mass mail from the RCN and was sent nationally to all Sex Offender registrants.

Purportedly the RCN is a first attempt to consolidate the registrants to unify as a collective voice. After registering as a new user, and questioning the validity of the website. This was an email response received from the RCN on Aug 2 2007.

“Hello Registered Citizen! Thank you for your interest in RCN - Registered Citizens Network. Just as our invitation states - we are developing a network of Registered Citizens and Resources so that WE can help each other and UNITE to have a collective voice.

Some have questioned the membership fee. We can only say that offices, printing, resources, research, payroll, postage, etc. etc. cost money.

In addition to paying an overhead we hope to channel funds to the legal entities that are feverishly fighting for our constitutional rights in the unbalanced legal system. Shaped like a prone bird, the Rock Eagle Mound is a stone effigy. Measuring eight feet high at the breast and consisting entirely of milky quartz rocks, it was probably built about 2,000 years ago by Native Americans. Many believe it was built for religious or ceremonial purposes.

Archaeologists associate the mound with the Middle Woodland Period (100-300 A.D.). Some scientists have suggested a possible relationship between the builders of Rock Eagle and the Hopewell Culture, mound builders active in the Great Lakes region and the Mississippi and Ohio River Valleys from 200 B.C. - 500 A.D.

In 1978, the U.S. Department of the Interior listed the mound on the National Register of Historic Places. The only other recognized stone effigy mound east of the Mississippi River is Rock Hawk, also located in Putnam County near Lake Oconee.

The word Douchious is derived from the word douche, and describes a person who is a douche or exibits douche-like behavior. Interestingly one's profession or birth place may have a contribution on whether or not they can be considered a "douchious" . People born in New Hampshire and worked at a McDonalds are more likely to be considered a "douchious" than someone who was born in Virginia and worked at a door factory, oddly enough people from Missouri and went to theatre school are also immune. There are no such limitations when applying the term to a person of North Carolinian origion, regardless of work history. There are no set criteria that one can apply when trying to determine if one is in fact a douchious, it is more of a gut feeling. Although there are no definite signs of "douchiousness" there are some warning signs that you can look for:

• referring to there state of birth CONSTANTLY and how superior it is.
• a person having an urge to jump a fence or swim a river for no reason.

Smallpox was a terrible scourge throughout the world for centuries. But an effective vaccine against it was developed in England in 1798, and in 1803 the king of Spain equipped an expedition against smallpox to sail around the world and bring this immunization to all his colonies. The living vaccine was carried in the arms of orphans, and every six days it was passed on to other orphans, to keep it fresh. By the summer of 1804 it had reached Chihuahua City in Mexico. Waiting for it there was Dr. Cristóbal Larrañaga, military surgeon for the northern outpost called New Mexico.

With the vaccine, Larrañaga headed back to his duty station, giving immunizations all along the way. He treated only children, for almost everyone older had already been exposed to the disease and had either recovered or died from it. The deceased (diseased?) were beyond help, and the survivors had a lifetime immunity, something that was understood in the medicine of the time. But children were extremely vulnerable.

In Alburquerque Larrañaga vaccinated 37 children on his way back to his base in Santa Fé. He would have treated more, hut other illnesses such as measles, whooping cough and dysentery were raging at the rime, and he dared not give sick children the vaccine, which caused a brief infection. Over the next 10 years, however, he returned periodically to Alburquerque to immunize more and more children. In the first half of the 19th century the population of Alburquerque increased rapidly, with much of the growth attributed to an effective treatment at last for the dreaded killer smallpox. In the annals of New Mexico medicine, Cristóbal Larrañaga is both a pioneer and a hero.

Arriving slap bang in the middle of the Britpop boom, The British music scene of 1994 wasn't the friendliest place for a band who declared Hank Williams and The Clash as their primary musical influences to be. Undeterred, The Deportees played everywhere from Irish pubs to prisons,swiftly gaining a reputation as a formidable live act with some cracking original material. Word spread, and before too long the band signed to the fledgling Crossfade Records, who released the debut album 'Lost' in 1995, which featured Elvis Costello And The Attractions' drummer Pete Thomas stepping in on the initial recordings. This was followed by the 'My Small World' e.p. in 1996, and tours and festival slots alongside the likes of Jah Wobble, The Proclaimers, The Waterboys, Squeeze,The Men They Couldn't Hang, The Rockingbirds and many others. The problem of finding a reliable drummer, along with the inevitable "musical differences" led to a short hiatus, during which the band continued to perform in an acoustic format. In 2004, Rob and Doug opened The Deportees Club, a highly successful live music club promoting roots music in partnership with a local theatre and began running an ongoing weekly open mic night at Wellingborough's Horseshoe Inn. This gave them a fresh enthusiasm for playing together again, and before long the current line up of the band was being put together. Currently working on a new album for release later this year the band are gigging regularly once again, and also working with former Alarm/Stiff Little Fingers guitarist Dave Sharp on his latest solo project.

Peter Vinyard (04-08-1946 - ) is a British-born entrepreneur, with a range of business interests, including, most notably 'Compucar Insurance Ltd.' of which he is currently installed as director.

Peter, along with Brother-in-Law Robin Mincik, had been developing Compucar since the early 1990's and it began trading in 1996. Compucar is as an Underwriting Agency and holds a number of Management Authority schemes with leading UK insurers. Compucar is also a software house, and works to create software for the insurance industry, this software includes the main compucar platform, which it uses to issue its policies through. Compucar is based in Cavenham, Suffolk, and trades throughout the UK and Ireland.

The importance of Compucar in the Motor industry can not be understated. It created an explosion of what would become an industy of on-demand insurance. Where vehicle-cover could be assured for a few hours, instead of months or days. Peter Vinyard and his team at Compucar implemented this system, and watched it grow into what is now becoming standard for the industry.

In August of 1946, Peter was born in Ipswich, England. He left school headed for a career in panel-beating. After establishing himself in his trade, he turned his attention towards setting up his own garage, which he did in Woodbridge, Suffolk. From here, he rapidly built up an array of garages across East-Anglia, and used the money generated from these to embark on a Business career which spanned the motor, catering, financial and retail industries, across the UK and Europe. These interests included at one point holding the UK rights for the American Donutland franchise.

Peter has Two sons and Two daughters, and he currently lives in Cavenham, Suffolk with his wife Carol-Gaye and son Dominic.

Carey (Casey) Michael Lisse (December 10, 1961 – ) is an American astronomer at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory.

Together with the ROSAT science team, he co-discovered x-ray emission from comet Hyakuatke Hyakutake, in 1996 using the ROSAT satellite. In 2005, he led a team using the Spitzer Space Telescope to determine the composition of the primordial material released from comet 9P/Tempel 1 by the Deep Impact experiment.

Born in Takoma Park, Maryland, he grew up in Washington, D.C.. After undergraduate studies in chemistry at Princeton, and graduate studies in chemical physics at University of California, Berkeley, Carey started working at NASA Goddard, where he helped build and launch IR detectors & instrumentation on the NASA COBE spacecraft. For his PhD, received from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1992, he studied comets detected in the COBE sky survey. His first professional telescope observations were of the impact of Comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 into Jupiter. From 1995 to 1999, he was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Maryland, College Park, where he specialized in observational studies of cometary dust and nuclei, zand helpced pioneer the first x-ray observations of comets and other solar system objects. From 1999 to 2001, he worked at the Space Telescope Science Institute on the last generation WFC3 camera. From 2001 to 2004 he worked at University of Maryland, College Park as a member of the Deep Impact Science Team, supporting mission design, development, I&T, launch, and data analysis. He served as PI for the Chandra and Spitzer observations of the Deep Impact experiment in July 2005, and then accepted a position as senior research scientist at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. His current research focuses on the origin and evolution of solar systems, as determined from observations of primitive bodies and dust.

Asteroid 12226 Caseylisse was named in his honor.

The Order of Colombo Mountain Platoon, also known as the Mountain Order of Colombo, or simply just Colombo, is a cadet run organization based out of the senior military college, North Georgia College and State University. It is an intense organization that focus's on basic and advanced military mountaineering, survival and evasion, small unit infantry tactics, hand to hand combat, and most of all leadership. Cadets in the Order of Colombo are often seen as the best cadets at North Georgia. The unit was established by a group of cadets interested in climbing in 1962, and at the time was not considered a military organization. After watching a demonstration at the 5th Ranger Training Battalion the group requested assistance in transforming thier group into a military organization. Master Sergeant Lous P Colombo, a Ranger Instructor in the 5th Ranger Training Battalion, dedicated his time, effort, knowledge, and resources to help the unit get started. The unit then became a military organization just prior to the building of the Colombo Rappel Tower in 1972.

Access Integrated Networks (AIN), one of the Southeast's leading Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs), today announced a new network strategy, involving MetaSwitch and Occam Networks, Inc. (OTCBB: OCCM), designed to provide its more than 30,000 customers with advanced digital network service offerings.

This new strategy will enable Access to offer new voice and data services to more effectively serve its customers' growing data requirements. Access' customers include small and medium size business, multiple-location enterprise business, small office / home office (SOHO) and the residential market. To achieve this goal, Access has deployed a new MetaSwitch "Class 5 Softswitch". The softswitch will provide Access' customers with traditional "plain old telephone service" (POTS) and PBX (T1 / PRI) trunks as well as advanced features such as hosted PBX (IP Centrex), Voice VPN, Voice over IP (VoIP), distinctive ringing, simultaneous ringing, and other subscriber services.

Additionally, Occam Networks' Broadband Loop Carrier BLC 6000 has been chosen as the access equipment provider for the network. The BLC 6000 is a carrier-grade platform that will maximize broadband and VoIP services of the new network, resulting in a broader IP service offering at attractive customer price points. The equipment will be collocated in serving wire centers across Access' nine State southeastern US region.

In 2004, the prospect of higher network costs - recently confirmed by the Federal Communications Commission - as well as a desire to expand its range of service offerings, led Access to consider changing its network strategy.

Facility-based network arrangements offer companies like Access state-of-the-art connectivity, environmental and security standards without having to constantly build their infrastructure to meet the needs of their growing network.
