I got all of five hits: three blogs, a listing in a catalogue search page, and a mirror of Knowledge's articles for deletion log, showing this page. It therefore looks as though the issue of Arabic titles against English translated titles is not relevant: whichever we search for, we don't find anything that indicates notability.
