So what does that mean? I was under the assumption that the current copyright information listed for the image was correct. It's clearly the Navy band. No obvious signs that this is excluded from the Public Domain. Is this still an issue or not?

I am nominating this file because the sound quality is clear and crisp, the band as a whole is in time, no one section stands out which is good and because overall this is a fantastic file that really does add to the article.
