Volunteers is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, each serving a three-year term. A president is elected annually by the Board from among its members and is not paid. The executive director runs the day-to-day operations of the group, and is a paid staff member. In addition to the

Program Manager. There are approximately 120 volunteer staff who lead the projects in the field, giving generously of their time and resources to support the program.
