Was reading an industry periodical in the UK and the term does seem to be gaining popularity although when referring to the business it was termed a microbrewery, the product was craft-brewed. Perhaps the wiki is ahead of the times

I added a fact tag so someone can put in a reference and maybe put some insight into the term. Even here in America I don't see it as a widespread change, infact I have never heard of microbrews being called craftbrews.
