Knowledge as the daughter of a Cheltenham wine merchant and local historian. I would suggest that the father is Clarence Mason Dobell, but it is not all straightforward. Her dob of 1867 predates his marriage. and is 9 years before the birth of his daughter Eveline Jesse. I've
