I agree, I have also heard this term before. I have to say that it's totally a "Chinese Centric" term and not adapted by any historians. It's like giving yourself a pat on the back, and "remind" yourself know how "great" your "glories past" was. blah~ Give me a break. Very typical Chinese tho.
