knowledge as a result of being Anguillian (eg, racing rules, design of boats, when races are held) and most from the only book on the history of sailing in Anguilla, "Nuttin Bafflin" by David Carty, a local historian. Although this will appear to be a one man project, I will refer to many other local relatives, historians and other people including Mr. Carty. Although I may be the only person on Knowledge (XXG) who knows enough to write this article, I'm still a new user, so any formatting help, advice, edits or corrections would be much appreciated.
