The information given about static stretching is incorrect. It states that the position during static stretches need to be held "... for 30 seconds to two minutes. 30 seconds is the minimum duration to get the benefits of stretching ...". Stretching you muscle for - I believe it is - more than 10

seconds can be harmful to the individual performing the stretch and cause injury as a result. Can this be further looked in to?
