Original research or not, I think it's a poor idea to include something that isn't actually correct on a wikipedia page. If it's considered unfair to take the word of the creators into consideration for the movie page, it may be better to keep her as something like 'a mysterious girl that looks like Sharon and Alessa, and refers to herself as "The Reaper" and "the dark part of Alessa".
