126:, thank you!! It's very nice to have a colleague, I was feeling quite lonely... If you go back to it, you'll notice I took the liberty of improving the English a little, no big deal, just little things. I also reformatted the paragraphs in a more logical order (IMHO). When I contributed on French, Russian and German Knowledge (XXG), I was quite surprised at the differences in what is expected in an article, for example, here in English Wiki, the people from the different WikiProjects, especially the ones who rate these articles, really appreciate "in line citations and/or references", you can check the other articles on Belgiam ODMs I created or expanded, you'll see what I mean. Also, if you happen to have a list of recipients with a referenced source, that would be great! They love those! Keep up the good work!

Hi again! My apologies, I did confuse the two awards. It is now fixed. The only small amendment is in the title from US English to UK English so it matches all other articles mentioned in the list and chart (template), from "Honor Badge of Labor" to "Honour Badge of Labour". Nice article!

Do you have access to government archives such as the
Moniteur Belge? I can't get in myself for some reason. The "arrêté ministérial" must be in there somewhere... I'd love to read it!! Looking forward to your reply. Cheers!
