This is of huge importance to the chocolate industry. I would agree that I should perhaps add an additional source to back up this claim, but why does Eldar remove my reference to the "guidelines for the safe movement of cacao". Why should the interested reader not be referred to an article describing best practices that are of utmost global importance? It is a publication by a scientific institution internationally known for their research?
