300:. I personally prefer it that way as it is much easier on the reader (that is, much easier to read) and much less confusing. The individual source articles (even the Dutch ones) tend to vary. I'm always in favor of what's best for the reader, as long as it's not an egregious incontrovertible error, regardless of what one style guide or another might say. Hey, GreyGoose. I know you're probably busy, but was a consensus ever reached regarding how one should capitalize Alex van der Zwaan's surname? If we're staying with the Dutch/Chicago convention, I think I messed up one of my edits; if not, there's a great deal of capitalization to be changed.
