164:, and it appears there were multiple editions prior to 1918, so it seems to me there are multiple editions an editor might be using that are in the public domain that might not necessarily actually be the 1918 edition when they use the template. So, by adding 1918, we would either be limiting its usage to one edition or making it wrong in those cases where that edition wasn't the one used. It would be great if the template had a parser function that allows users to insert the date of the edition they actually used, but I don't see how adding 1918 would be proper based on what I've said, unless I missed something.
