I realize that is how tropical storms are defined elsewhere in the world, but aren't the numbers I gave correct for that region of the world and also make the colors consistent with their usage in the graphical timeline? Also, it's less confusing than having two overlapping definitions. Perhaps using the West Pacific scale in the graphical timeline with more clarification in the article would be a good compromise?
