It's not Abuse response's job to try to push people into helping fix a problem that Knowledge might be having with vandalism, but in the absence of any response at all it seems like I could only presume that the contact attempts hadn't been noticed or that the contact information was no longer valid and that I should keep trying to contact someone, but I would want to give people a couple weeks in between contact attempts and not keep jumping down their throat because they didn't respond right away.
