As for 'covered outside the United States', many other aircraft incidents that are not recorded on Knowledge (XXG) have been as well - just because two flights are on Knowledge (XXG) doesn't mean 20 more similar aren't, and the two examples given may also be deleted in the future. Honestly, pilots dying mid-air isn't that rare, which is sad, but just the way it is. It's not necessarily a 'rare occurence'.
