The two sources cited in the article do not mention Alan Hyman at all. I know that Google results do not conclusively prove a subject is non-notable, but for someone described on the article as a "key advisor to the Blair and Brown governments since 1999 and...considered responsible for the introduction of the Land Registration Act 2002", the lack of any reliable sources about him on the Internet, to me, suggests a hoax. Just to note, this article was deleted back in 2007 due to it not meeting notability guidelines, as evidenced by the history
