Ray Morrison the husband was known in the entertainment industry later years. That I will add to plus other media references. The riot entry is slim enough that it is that any information about her (all mentions are almost exclusively about her possible role in the riots) would be best summarized in the riot article. I'm not saying that she's not notable, just that there's really no need for a separate article when everything that she's really known for can and pretty much already is summed up in the riot article.
