In regards to the few references in gbooks, it might be because some of the sources I have recently listed, is not on gbooks as of yet, and also because I belive that the organisation at one point went under a different name (unverifiable at the moment). Nevertheless, I claim that having the ORC as an article on wikipedia would be one of the few ways to raise awareness to its existence, and in turn enable critical reviews of it. Cheers --
