The article does read a bit like a college research paper, but the edit history shows it being assembled sentence by sentence by a new editor who says he is studying psychology in college. It looks like the good-faith effort of a new editor to create an article on an important topic. Seasonal suicide rate variation has been a subject covered in several published articles 227:- this is a completely legitimate article. If the extreme POV is eliminated and the article rewritten for better tone, and the article renamed to something more neutral like "Relation between suicide rates and season," it will be a legitimate article. Although I do agree we need a policy about tones like this in articles. 392:
