Does not contribute to the sum of human knowledge as it is uncitable and unusable due to its inability to be referenced, and the existence of the article gives the false impression that we have something useful to say about the subject. I believe that it is probably possible to write a decent short article on the subject, and I'll bet that somewhere there is source material in child study literature for such an article, but anybody writing a real article might as well start from scratch.
