In short, no Internet search (using various terms/phrases) on either firsts mentioned in proposed article resulted in any company or entity other than Punzhu Puzzles. I agree that Dell Magazines is indeed a large and well known U.S. publisher, and through their Knowledge (XXG) article you may visit their site to purchase their magazines, but is producing a product for profit (their firsts) more notable than providing various puzzle magazines for free? Or more notable than providing a copyright grant to freely share/copy puzzle magazines with others? I don't know. --
