The editor added the infobox and some information about the subject, which meant that there was now content and the speedy deletion (under that criteria) wasn't warranted - and I did not see another criteria that applied. So, I declined the speedy, while cautioning the editor to expand the article and add sources and document the notability. I also noted that K-8 schools are rarely found to be notable under our policies, and I don't see any evidence to suggest that there is anything unusual about this school that makes it any different. For my part, Userfication might be an option, to give the author a reasonable amount of time to work on a good attempt at an article - but, as I said, I don't think the subject is notable.
