I find this image to be deeply moving, and particularly significant for its historical symbolism (e.g. US-Israeli relations, worldwide grief and shock at Nazi practices, the final days of Nazi power, juxtaposition of American might and American powerlessness, et al.) Also, the date of the photo,

Although I think quality or aesthetic and even size issues are not very relevant for such a subject, I would like to know why this picture is of low quality ? It's sharp, has no grain, and a long tonal range. It fits all the requirement for a good Black & White photography IMO.
