Michrlle LOVES to shop changed their username to Midnight Luvva after 16 edits. Note the similarity to blocked sock Michelle LOVES to shop who also edited the same article. Midnight Luvva made ten edits to attain autoconfirmed status, then jumped into the contested Renaissance (Beyoncé album) article. They quickly chalked up 4RR, restoring previous sock edits.

IP 2.124.222.213 made the same edits as previous socks at the page It's About Time (Christina Milian album). After being repeatedly reverted, the IP stopped edit-warring and new user Timeless-for-me resumed the same activity.

The album article has a long history of UK-based IPs and socks trying to add the R&B genre. One of these was Special:Contributions/2A02:C7C:7B18:3A00:8B2:80E9:B613:50C which got rangeblocked as Special:Contributions/2A02:C7C:7B18:3A00:0:0:0:0/64. Another one is Special:Contributions/151.230.28.253 which immediately got blocked for just one edit. Blocked socks who made the same edit include User:3rd St. Saint, User:Stlishminxx and User:R'n'B Playa. Stlishminxx was blocked naming MariaJaydHicky. Binksternet (talk) 22:59, 20 August 2023 (UTC)

This IP address has edit warred and had received a warning about it from Binksternet about 2 months ago, so that also might be an sign of sockpuppetry because that Maria's sockpuppets can easily edit war. They have also added the unsourced genres back, and I have reverted them. But, I am not sure if this is really a sock because that their contributions tell me that they have actually edited on some articles that are not really used by Maria's sockpuppets, so I do not know if, or is. The listed IP reinstated much of a prior blocked sock's edit here (see recent past sock vs. the present IP's edit. Onlygurlinthewurld then immediately edited the article to make additional changes. The IP's editing history suggests it is a static IP that MJH has used sporatically going back to August of this year (also note the block log, so I am requesting a long-term block on this IP.

After 4 days and exactly 10 edits, the user went to the semi-protected Tulisa article, which is a perennial target of MJH socks, and edited their preferred genres back in (see this edit by a prior CU-confirmed sock versus this edit by the present user.

Multiple CheckUser actions, seen on Knowledge (XXG):Sockpuppet_investigations/MariaJaydHicky/Archive since 5 February 2023 have not given the result that GabesLovesPortland is part of the list of CheckUser confirmed accounts.
