3113:"As of March, 2012 the Design Exchange has taken a revitalized strategic direction and refined mandate - to promote the relevancy and experience of design to as large a number of people as possible, the DX will now be exclusively a Design Museum. Covering off the various design disciplines including fashion, architecture, interior and industrial design, digital design and more, exhibitions and programming will explore designers, products, projects or themes that have broad public appeal and reflect popular contemporary culture. Newly appointed President, Shauna Levy, leads this new direction offering renowned traveling exhibits from prestigious cultural institutions across the globe, a new city-wide cultural component, a greater focus on educational experiences for the public, including youth and adults, and a rollout of programming that will extend across the country." 2777:- It seems odd to include the cities themselves, but not their contents. Usually metro-area projects include the things associated with the suburbs too. For instance it's common for major corporations and groups of people to move outside of the core/main city and into the suburbs, but they are still heavily associated with the core city. Articles about places and things about suburbs generally need the attention from the same pool editors who edit articles about places and things in the city limits. Because Toronto is not immensely large, population wise (2,503,281), like New York City is (8 million) and all of its suburbs are in the same territory, the Toronto project should also focus upon not only the municipalities, but also the things within. To compare, the main USA projects (except for New York City and Washington DC) cover the suburbs and everything inside. 1145:

The deletion of the template would/should only take place after an appropriate substitution is found and implemented - we should never blank out a projects tracking system without a new one in its place. Would also like to point out that the relevant projects were never notified of the deletion request, thus the projects was not able to voice its concerns about this happening.
