557:. As one enters the highway, the Titiwangsa Range through which the highway traverses comes into view in the distant. Traveling along the gentle curves one climbs higher and sees on either side the primary jungle rich with timber. As one proceeds, the jungle gives way to the huge artificial Lake Temenggor at Banding. Halfway along the highway the elevation of the road is over 1,100 m (3,600 ft) above sea level and the weather cool and pleasant. There are places where road signs are put up to warn motorists of elephants crossing the road, as there is no dedicated grade-separated animal crossing provided. 2569: 2531: 2505: 2410: 2960: 2935: 2808: 2708: 2640: 2574: 2357: 2293: 2268: 2149: 1911: 1839: 1814: 1587: 1562: 1366: 1101: 2950: 2823: 2723: 2655: 2589: 2415: 2372: 2283: 2164: 1926: 1829: 1577: 1381: 2940: 2930: 2813: 2803: 2713: 2700: 2645: 2635: 2579: 2561: 2526: 2500: 2456: 2405: 2362: 2352: 2273: 2263: 2154: 2144: 1916: 1906: 1819: 1809: 1567: 1557: 1371: 1361: 2955: 2945: 2828: 2818: 2728: 2718: 2660: 2650: 2594: 2584: 2377: 2367: 2288: 2278: 2169: 2159: 1931: 1921: 1834: 1824: 1582: 1572: 1386: 1376: 140: 3040: 1122: 248: 172: 36: 1155: 2982: 2880: 284: 2066: 1524: 1505: 1489: 1466: 1421: 1405: 296: 272: 260: 3032: 2095: 1114: 240: 994: 561:
