The WP convention is that article titles related to novels, etc., aren't rendered in italics, but for a book it seems more appropriate to me if they were. But although I can use piped links to change the displayed article title in the book, it doesn't seem to interpret wiki-formatting. For example, ] rendered as ''Anthem''. I don't see anything wrong with the amount of whitespace or the size of the fonts currently used. These PDFs are designed to be printed after all, using a size-8 font would make things impossible to read on paper.
