Jacques-Philippe Mérigon de Montgéry

22:(25 July 1781 – 9 September 1839) was a French naval officer and military technologist. He was involved in innovating naval weaponry and defences including anti-ship mines, torpedoes, iron cladding, and rockets. 72:
