could a really good U18 be selected in the pre-season draft. And how does a player get to be on a 'draft list?'. Do players have to nominate themselves for an actual list, or is anybody who plays in a more junior competition automatically eligible to be drafted? I've tried reading the articles to understand how it works but I don't think the articles explain the eligibility aspect of it very well. Could somebody please help out and fill in the gaps?
