Mr. Radnich, affectionately called "Three Finger Radnich" during his playing days, only has three fingers on one hand, and despite this fact he was a star basketball player and went on to a very successful TV career. His ability to overcome this disability is a source of great inspiration not only
919:
Except-he's ashamed of his disability and hides his hand under the desk, under papers, and in his pocket. He's never spoken about his disability and ridicules other like Kareem Jabbar for talking about his cancer or Jerry West for his depression "Keep it to themselves" he has said often on KNBR.
792:", "Call back between 9pm and midnight" follows "hardcore" sports talk. Gary often acknowledges the difference between the brisk and light-hearted nature of morning drive and the argumentative and detailed style of night time call-in shows in a sports talk radio format. 691:
Radnich was fired by KNBR (radio) effective June 21, 2019; he had done his radio show on June 20 with no mention of leaving, and announced his 'retirement' via Twitter the next day., He'd left KRON (TV) in 2018. Somebody should update page.
819:
Mike Hohler, producer of Radnich's KNBR show betwen 9 a.m. and noon, is often recognized for his affinity for sound drops. He's archived many clips that are designed for common use. Below is is list of those most freuently used.
