484:"refused to allow delegates to attend the conference". A glance at some other sources suggests that the French group stated it is was unpatriotic, which accords with the position that Repplier was advancing. The second reference cited is to Addams 221: 168: 444:
I noticed a number of references using the url to a Google Book link. I though editors might be interested in a tool which takes a link as input and creates a (usually) properly formatted ref.
