176:? (Or perhaps "problem".) I found one paper by Hatcher which uses "Lin. Conj." in the sense you mean, but mostly people use it to refer to some question in algebraic geometry. (And it is related to the Jacobian conjecture, as well. On the other hand, there are many, many papers (found using google) which refer to the Spherical space form problem/question/conjecture. If I have a chance, I'll move this tonight.
