Is that format more useful? My intuition is that a lot depends upon how the templates are intended to be used. Are they primarily a finding aid based upon the seeker knowing the name of the place (even if not the exact spelling), or primarily a finding aid knowing about the place (relative location, size), but not its name? Thoughts? --
