"Move" has the advantage of taking the contribution history with it - not that that matters when you are the only author, but it's a good thing to get into the habit of using "move" rather than cut-and-paste because once an article has several contributors it becomes important to maintain the history, because the license terms require attribution. After you do a move out of your user space, the old title is left as a redirect, which you should get rid of by putting {{db-author}} on it. Regards,
