450:: looks to be a notable academic term, but the writing leaves a lot to be desired. A shorter summary would explain what it is, based on what academics are saying about it. Currently, it just reads like several different essays offering their own opinions on it. I believe there's a good paragraph to be written about this, and merged either to the author who coined the term, or an article about race in speculative fiction. (It is odd to me that I can find lots of articles about 209: 509:
