In other words, there is no official line in the sand for inclusion or exclusion. If a song/album is recorded by a Brazilian artist or a version is released in Brazilian Portuguese, that seems like acceptable enough criteria from my point of view. I have tagged 1000s of articles for the task forces and I generally use my intuition. The tagging is just a small part, of course. What really matters is developing the content. Trust your intuition!
