Well, perhaps his book is not so notable as to deserve an article of its own (which could be the more suitable place for some of the ideas), which may be the reason for the current state of things. Or not? Anyway, I think that the content would fare much better if it were incorporated into this article (as its section), it would be more beneficial to the reader as well.
