IEEE papers and USC uses outsourced duplicates of some of his USC site content pretty loosely. But I wouldn't call those "reliably persistent" place nor could most of those really claim copyright. The biggest issue for me was there was an empty placeholder page from other wiki pages that I couldn't abide to remain empty.
